EFS, LLC is a voting member of the NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) Electronic Check Council. NACHA ensures that the ACH Network, a nationwide system designed to electronically transfer funds between financial institutions using industry-accepted standards, meets the future needs of financial intuitions and corporations.

Additionally EFS, LLC is an affiliate member of the Western Payment Alliance (WesPay) one of the nation’s largest regional payments associations and serves as the rule-making body for the ACH Network in the western U.S.
